Here it is in a nutshell. It seems like a long wait for this but here it is:

NAV: Decline of 1/3...08c/sh versus .12c last year
The drop is a result of issuing 100 Million more shares.
Flush with cash $7.5mm so bancrupcy yaking was Bull$hit.
The stock is priced to perfection.
I'll go through MDA and look for more.
