RE:ICO 19 I figure they will start the Phase II with a Partner for EU and rest of World.  They will only want N. America rights.  Kish is on board to answer questions from Suitors.  Looks like Jaroszy is doing the right things to make things happen and Koppy is taking care of things with the legals.
