Never underestimate how slow things move for Cipher. They have outwaited every shareholder on record in my opinion. I'm hopeful they get this done before quarters end because there is money bleeding on the streets on both sides. They will probably get a better deal the longer they wait, as Bausch is clearly tried to put themselves in the drivers seat without the keys. Good Luck
