RE:RE:I'll be backing up the truck soon on the PreferredsI don't think that's True.   They are "shares" dispite having a define payout like Debt/bonds.  

They are first in line before the Commons in an event of bankruptcy.  The most that they will get will be $25/share plus any accumulated dividends in an event of bankruptcy I believe.   

They will also get $25 if taken private I think...

In both cases, they will be paid out..... will not take part in any "new" enterprise. 

That's my understanding.
