Lockwood, a big time Vancouver lawyer ,saw fit to invest only slightlty more than the equivalent of one week of his director's salary of $36,000 per year.The outside directors recieve $180,000 in total annually,yet not a single one of them attended the on 2018 annual meeting held in Cambridge,ON during Feb.,2019. I know for a fact, as i was in attendance. Makes me wonder who made it to the 2019 annual meeting.
