I expect to see consolidation in this and many more industries to patient shareholders. Buy on Dips, hold on runs with some minimal sells keeping in mind the Core position to benefit from same consolation.

It took me to a Inspection of Health Portal but the interesting thing is the portal says "Powered by Tyler Technologies Inc" which is a very large competitor of HS. If HS is now providing the Contact Tracing software for Hawaii and HS indicated a longer-term deal may be signed this may suggest they are taking business from one of their larger competitors. Just speculating of course based on what I am seeing from the state health portal but if they are taking business from their competitors that's a definite plus.
