I just took a look at the 1-year and long-term charts. There's a lot of overhead resistance (selling pressure) north of $0.50 CAD and the stock hasnt been able to hold $0.65 for very. long.
I personally believe that the notion that Oroco shares are in strong hands is a total fallacy. The past year of price action easily contradicts that idea. The share count is too large for that to be the case, and it will only get larger. And the Venture is a notorious backdrop for shady price action.
Bear in mind that $0.65 CAD is still a triple from current levels, which is more than a decent return. I think prospective buyers are a lot more savvy than some of us on this board credit them for being. In this current environment, they are going to be risk averse, and capital investment will be allocated very judiciously. I'd expect a prospective buyer to be looking for a 25%+ IRR.
