Sextant , absolutely time to up the ante narrative and accelerate the effort. I implore all like minded share holders to consider the formation of a special advisory panel to work in tandem with the Co. and board of directors. Let us share holders decide the number and the appointee's to fill that role by each shareholder's vote representing # of shares held. I with all due respect believe Sextant would be the right person to spear head this initiative.Please relize this is necessary to move Qnc. FORWARD .
