The Combined Group will be incorporated, headquartered and domiciled in Dublin, Ireland with a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on Euronext Dublin.

What you do with it after the merger is up to you and how this affects each of you/us or your/our tax situation is dictated by your/our own individual needs, of course subject to your/our own finanical/regulatory holding requirements.

Aside from that, there's no point debating 'what if ... can I...' etc. on this board - speak to a professional, qualified, financial and tax advisor, not someone on this board.
