thanks for confirming. So the exchange has it priced on the TSX at 100% value at the moment. 

Not much chance for increase until after the deal is done. Combined company will likely be successful but we now have the risk of the GBp to deal with. So some added risk to our investment. Definitely not a slam dunk decision for my vote on Friday.
