The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. I'll tell you why both William's Mine and Harte use contractors. From what their management have told me. There are not a lot of workers available in either Marathon or White River. Contractors hire workers from all over and provide them to the mines. Neither Barrick nor Harte are in the business of hiring. They are in the business of mining in the most cost effective way possible. And unless your mine is in Sudbury or otherwise in an area where a lot of miners are available, contractors will provide most of the workers. But keep on speculating...lol
