According    to    rumours    on   the  street   they  may  have   already   signed    a  letter   of    intent     to  accept     a  low    ball   offer   .  Do  they    even   care   about   shareholders ?   I   doubt     it    -----only    Golden   Handshakes  . You   are    right   they   should   get    that   guaranteed   line    of  credit    and    be  operating    from   a  postion   of  strength  .   Time    will   time  .  I  have  serious  doubts.
