That is a good sign.   It comes at the price of there being very little downside left.   The stock is sitting at what is likely their cash on hand level at this point.

I was digging through some stuff on the weekend and I noticed that NRTH does have distribution agreements for oils in 7 of the 10 provinces.   Hopefully they can get the Avtas, Appothecanna and other products into those markets asap!    They need more revenue streams to open up.
