RE:Financing at 5 centsI saw that financing but there is warrants attached to each share for free so does it become a 2 for 1 financing? Yes it .5 but the Investors get 1 share 1 warrants. Does it become a .025 financing?   Just asking here, I'm shareholders for long term. Just want to make sur that I understood the financing properly.  Thank you.
