RE:RE:RE:RE:I like Denison because Uranium is coming back strongly....@BaronHilton:
I'm here to learn from others and share what I know.
I was answering @toorisky's question "So what makes Denison a top up an coming performer for a uranium bull?" when I provided the summary.
In no way, do I consider myself qualified to recommend stock purchases. All Uranium mining company's stock prices respond to the underlying commodity price, in this case the spot price of Uranium. If u are going to be investing in the uranium space u need to do your own due diligence on not only the mining company but u also need to acquire an understanding of the uranium market. Words of caution to u, the uranium market is opaque from the point of veiw of inventories. Not at all as well reported as the oil and natural gas markets. And the uranium market seems to be under the control of the Kazakistani mining companies.
A couple of things u should also discover and become comfortable with is the risk of a share consolidation at some point in the exploation and development space. Denison sits in that envrionment. My wish, would be that Wheeler gets up an running, spins off all kinds of cash - some of which is returned to shareholders by way of share backs. There is also risk with the new for Canada mining method - ISR with a freeze cap - that has not been done before here. U need to review that aspect and also become comfortable with the risk / reward.
In uranium, I also like Fission and Goviex. Again do your own due dilegence. FCU also has the same positive attributes as DML, as does Goviex - the biggest positive being NO DEBT (or the debt is tiny) Downside issues for me is in the case of Goviex the jusidiction is Africa. And Fission has a lake covering a portion of the orebody, again u need to be happy with their proposed solutions.
If some of the technical terms I used above are a puzzle for u, then u have a lot to learn about mining - I would suggest getting acquainted with John Quakes on twitter at #U308 - he manages a huge uranium mining information database. If you want to understand financals then @Greenday has a good handle on that, just review his past posts.
You give me the impression of being a new investor? or u are pulling my leg. I will give u the benefit of the doubt and assume u are new to investing in uranium and maybe the market period. In that case you should expect to put in a lot of your day looking after your investments, develop a set of rules for yourself and be disciplined about following the rules you set.
as they say here DYODD - DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE
