Friday, April 24 is the deadline for the first phase of bids to bring in investors that could either buy out all or a part of Invictus. If there's a bid that's acceptable to the creditors and is okayed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia then a new company could completely take over Invictus. I don't beleive the creditors would want the company being run (down) again by Dan. 
If the right public company takes over Invictus it could start to bring the share value back up again.
Longs are down on paper but hopefully can still recover some money by holding.
