RE:RE:Abcourt Announces the Re-Start of Mining Activities... Goldcross, I do like the "Angel" projection that you so kindly provided. It is stunning!
Some may feel it is incredibly optimistic. Imagine a gold price that within eight more years reaches nearly the $8000 US level. Even Abcourt shareholders, buying and holding today, would be wealthy, wildly beyond their present belief!
Clearly by that time, all of Abcourt's mines would be operating all out. That is what a good long term investment should provide!
The main issue would be this. Will Abcourt's mines have the sustainable resources to last for that long? That would depend upon what future drilling and mill expansions might occur. Or whether other nearby mining properties could be acquired at a reasonable price. But Abcourt already holds some with great potential, still in reserve.
Abcourt will eventually have two operational mills. But one will be a silver/zinc mill. Though I don't consider this a major issue. Future plans can always change. With that much higher gold price, project financing would become easily available from the lenders. The necessary cash might also be derived solely from the company revenue stream.
Abcourt management seems to conclude that a significant amount of resource expansion will come with future drilling. The geology seems to indicate some truth in that belief.
But the company is still an early stage operationally. And I do like the prospects for little future stock dilution. More of that would only serve to put more of a cap on the upside in the share price.
I guess now is the best time to continue to accumulate. These are difficult times in which to live. But it is good to remain optimistic at least from a longer term investor's point of view. I do believe we have made a good investment!
All the best! Java
