Here is a link to the order setting out the process. The OSC could release the CTO if they are convinced Beleave is no longer in default, but the OSC is undertaking a "continuous disclosure review" and will go through the finanicals (among ohter things) with a fine tooth comb so who knows what they will find. If the default is not fixed, there will be a hearing no sooner than April 29th.
