If you dissent, you will be dragged along in the courts for years to come with very little chance of receiving a 'fair value' that is higher than what is on the table. Unlike the dissenting group you will become part of, GLEN has deep pockets to fight this out with their team of lawyers. I tried it once with BIM.TO which was acquired by MT, just as an exercise to follow the court process. This was back in 2011, and it's still in the courts! A separate class action suit against MT was filed and ultimately settled out of court in 2019, with a minimal payout to BIM shareholders (I think ~25% of the tender offer amount). I expect BIM dissenters like will end up with basically what those who tendered ultimately got. You're better off just tendering your shares and riding along on any ensuing class action for your 'bonus'.
