owever, he doesn’t seem to indicate BPY will not survive. To quote him, BPY is vulnerable (vulnerable doesn’t mean dead) in this environment because of several reasons 
  • Highly leveraged B/S
  • High payout ratio (120%) 
  • High short positions 
  • Leveraged play but marquee properties in world class cities
  • Possibility of dividend cut 
  • Longer turnaround time 
Do you read his remarks differently? I noticed some people on this board have bearish outlook on this stock and possibly they are short. But at some point they will need to cover and this should lead to big rally . Is anyone averaging down on this ?
