"So o watched the video and seems there is a real potential if they can put together a marketing team to sell US and other countries. If HC approves, they can sell to HC as well. 

For a penny stock company like this, if everything he said is true, we may see a reasonable run here. I would recommend for everyone to take a listen."

So, let's recap;

If they can put to gether a marketing team and if HC approves the test and if everything the CEO say's is true we might have a reasonable run.

They submitted the test to HC on March 21st but have decided now is the time to put together a marketing team?  This company is a hot mess.  Time is critical but they have wasted a month without putting together a marketing team?  What else are they missing?  An ordering system?  A payment system? An inventory system?  Marketing materials? 

These are basic business tools but of course BLR doesn't have any of them because it's a financial investment company.  They are not a company that buys and sells physical items so for them this is a whole new world.
