No insider buying can be done till earnings release
no share buybacks  till earnings release
no major comments about company till earnings release
Shorts will always try to hammer companies down during the quiet period.
Need to see earnings and guidance before anything.
B.K's job is on the line. They new about the Virus in China and it seems they didn't take it seriously.
Lots of derivative strategies could of been taken to protect
downside. 
Most major company executives are taking pay cuts due to their poor decisions. Same should happen at  Bpy.
I know the issue of stock options is a hot topic in Washington. 
They speak About being aligned with shareholders through their large personal holdings. I bet most of those holdings were acquired through options not through cash at risk imo.
they are no different than most companies.
High quality Assets but leadership change could be what's needed here.
