RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Lots of liquidity!Possibly you're thinking of payout ratio as div/earnings?  If so, that's an error.  If not, perhaps you could explain how you got that number because it doesn't match up with my records.  Also, they've been making money turning over real estate, which indicates they've been doing ok on the appraisal side.  And, yes, you should look at the balance sheet since year end.  I could give you a hint on that,  but why should I?

How could you determine they have adequate liquidity? Their office REIT presently has $-148M of liquidity available! I’ll try to inquire about the retail’s updated balance sheet, which seems to be worse off.
