PMED Est. Revenue Forecast Checking the liability rates in North America and India on a per employee and impaired basis. That is associated loss per employee due to impairment. Not per impaired employee....per average employee in the entire work force. So you can imagine individual claims or industrial accidents must be quite high.
* North America the typical cost is $7k USD per employee.
* In India the typical cost is $2 to $3k USD per emplyee.
So Hindalco has 36,000 employees and let's take a blended average of $4k per employee. You get 36,000 x $4,000 USD per employee for typical liability costs.....that equates to $144 mm USD in liability costs.
"In total, substance abuse costs America’s employers more than $160 billion per year in accidents, lost productivity and related problems."
When PMED is deployed into all of Hindalco's facilities they will be willing to expense anywhere from $10 mm USD to $20 mm USD for impairment detection to avoid the kind of insane liability costs that come with impairment liability claims & industrial accidents.
For 2021 I would use that range.
The data (non revenue) is from the company and they did not confirm nor deny the revenue numbers that I used. They stated it will be a market pleasing sum and it will be self-evident in due course. Reiterated they will be cash flow positive this year!
