They shouldn’t like the price, if everything they are doing is going to be so game changing then why not .07-08 like everyone else , and attach some .15 warrants. Ten million shares at 33 percent below market JUST as the stock was finally seeing a move up again , ya that’s how to keep it under .10 cents for another year, sigh. Garbage financing
