Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

I wonder if they are delaying the financing 45-60 days (as of April 6th I believe), because they are waiting for the Korean listing first, to give all the opportunity when it all becomes official? It would also really help to drive up the share price when the time is appropriate.

Probably not, just bored and thinking out loud, lol..
