RE:RE:SOMEONE made 100% on RQB today ...I don't follow? What does the lawsuit have to do with anything? RQB doesn't own the orbitals,the landlord does and I would be surprised if they were still in the building. That's the first thing I would have removed in order to find another tenant or to aid in the sale of the building. And what JV are you mentioning in your post?
