RE:shareholders of SproutlySoCalcalm wrote: Hello all. I'm directing this question to the shareholders of Sproutly who reside in Canada or US that would know Canadian rules and regulations as to required shareholder meetings on an annualized basis or otherwise. The answer to this question pertains to all shareholders Canadian or US and it's time we have a meeting. Sproutly can just provide the location, date, time, coffee, tea and water and I'll fly up from SoCal, most of you have a shorter route. Sounds like the beginning of our first shareholder meeting if we all get on board and push for it !!! Let's start pushing this ball down the field gang or the puck works for me :) Best to all, SoCal
The following seems like a decent resource: Shareholder Rights A quick skim of this, and I get the sense that SRP is meeting the letter of the requirements (filing the required docs, etc). Sure, we'd all love better visibility in to things...
Last week I sent an email to investors@sproutly.ca asking about a conference call for shareholders. Have not received a reply yet.
Also, I was able to connect with one of the independet board members via LinkedIn, and sent him a message this morning - respectully asking that SPR consider a conference call in the near term. Hopefully these inquiries bear some fruit... We shall see.
