Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

Thoughts on NSR - Questions Please

Thoughts on NSR - Questions PleaseHi All,

I have literally no experience with NSRs but have some burning questions.

1.) If we convert 4 shares of GBR for 1 Spin share and 3 GBR shares how will this affect value?

2.) If the spinouts are not traded on the exchange where will I see my book value? Will it just be lower at 75% of the original total it was prior to conversion, with a shadow 25% NSR somewhere? Where will that be?

3.) If everyone does this, does that effectively change the dilution so the GBR normal shares are worth more and my book value doesn't change much on the normal exchange traded shares?

4.) If the answer to 3 is not what I suggest, then why would I want to return my 25% of current share value for a 25 year illiquid holding?

I am ignorant and would love a concise explanation thanks!!
