Bet it and Ucoe are the last serious remaining candidate for DOD grant and only one might be a recipient--if Ucore isn't selected, I blame the Mormon factor.  I was sold on it by the amazing company that acquired 49% of the shares.  They have never publically stated they even applied for DOD funds.  They do have a tight plan for operations in Wyoming and with a macho Bear Lodge deposit.  The Lifton/CEO interview covers much of the appeal.
