Sorry, yes the premium and NAV are converging.  Maybe all in the world will line up for April 28th close. 

And April 29th - HOU reborn...




I remember somebody said oil will bottom out on April 29.  I am pretty sure it was here and it was ove a week ago, just before I got into this madness.  I thought to make a quick buc on the drop and reverse, then guess what, oil dropped over 50% that day :o bummer
