Due Diligence

Due DiligenceHi all,

This company has come to attention given their news release since Spring 2019. Some incredible partnerships announced with the big mobile companies. Yet the market has not recognized this. Many have wondered why, and how this stock can possibly succeed.

I will disclose up front that I have not completed my investigation into this, however, let's address one point that recently is brought up: the competition with Sonim (which I personally use at my work). Sonim does not have the features that SIM is providing. Hence why they are going down in sales. Our facilities are looking for alternatives. Mobile companies are looking to take over the radios with their 4G. Enter Siyata (SIM). It took much longer than anticipated to get all of BELL, ROGERS, VERIZON, and AT&T to partner but that is what the company was waiting for. That was the catalyst. Now that they have it, you should be confident.

Many carriers sell phones at $0 but that does not mean they don't pay the company who made them. Same thing with Siyata, they can make a promotion as well, same way that the new iPhones come out on discount that the carriers provide in order to gain the monthly fees. Why don't old phones at $0 sell compared to the new? Because they are tied with the e.g. 2 year contracts of monthly payments to the carrier. So people fork out money for the newer and better product. Right now, this is Siyata.

Hope this helps a starting point.
