RE:RE:Subject to Court ApprovalPenny showed there was a 25% shareholder. Would he have any power to manipulate the courts to refuse the sale? I remember the last Investor Presentation they said their plant facility alone was worth $500 Million. The book value was 15 X higher. Then all of a sudden Bellatrix drops the book value to a fraction after the CCAA. Can we do a class action lawsuit about Bellatrix reporting a false book value?
