RE:FYI

RE:FYIBased on the Pengrowth Energy sale last November. They got $1.66 per MMboe on their buyout. Based on Bellatrix reserves we should have gotten bought out for $440M. $1.83/share. A $100M buyout is ludicrous. Remember in 2014 Bellatrix paid $576M to buyout Angle Energy just for the Cardium light Oil land. Only a fraction of Bellatrix's total business today. Its ludicrous they sold the Cardium plus the Spirit River land and reserves now only for $100M! How could their have not been higher bids?! In a way I'm happy thr banks lose tons as well. I was thinking if we got nothing it would be a situation where it sold at $375M just a hair away form reaching the common shareholders. I'm happy at least the banks take it up the assss too!
