RE:RE:RE:Price Stable for Now One correction:
August 16, 2919, news release states the Company has $1.2 billion on hand (from all sources) in CAD funds. That's $902M USD.
November 8, 2019, news release states initial startup costs for K-K are $1.3B. Is that USD or CAD? If it's USD the shortfall is $400M. With additional cost overruns due to the virus, it's not hard to imagine a funding shortfall of $500M. In either case, they still need more money than is available. So another financing will be required. If CITIC arranges the financing, as seems likely, it will strengthen their position ahead of Jan 8, 2023.
That doesn't mean share price must fall below $2 or anything like that. It's already pretty cheap.
