I should also add that the company insiders have been in a blackout for much of the last two quarters with annual reporting being prepared and long term supply contracts being negotiated. Full blackout period for most insiders throughout the large share price decline occurred as I understand. That's the beauty of being a shareholder. Often we can buy the dip and the company insiders can't.

Each of them puts 20% of their paycheques into buying stock through Canaccord. The shares are reported once per year. Instead of buying when outsiders see opportunity, they dollar cost average all year long. 20% off the paycheque is quite a commitment in my mind. Everyone has bills and that is a large portion of every pay period to invest in one basket.
