Why is this dead dog still trading?

Why is this dead dog still trading?

I've never traded out of a delisted company, but can someone with more experience with these things explain who or why anyone would have open but orders for a delisted company? I was able to unload 10% of my position last week after the announcement.  Still sucked, but instead of loosing 100% on those shares, I only lost 90%.

is there speculation that this company will turn privately held and maintain some sh value?  If anyone can shed some light on what's happening here - would greatly appreciate the education.
