Regarding "collapse": I was referring to the inner turmoil of the European Union. I do not think it will collapse in the short-term, however, many citizens of EU nations are unhappy with the layers upon layers of government above them. The pandemic has created serious rifts between northern EU members and Italy. In fact, some of the nations officially apologized to Italy:

Long-term, I do think there will be problems with the EU. I simply reference this as a potential risk point for Serbia, going forward.
