RE:RE:RE:RE:BLR SCAM investors have all sold when the news! went out"All you bashers keep saying this is a scam. But yet not one of you has explained where or what the scam is. You keep pointing fingers at certain individuals or say that the companies a fraud but yet no one has a actual evidence. A couple of individuals may or may not have a bit of a back story but I have yet to see that effecting this stock. In fact I see the exact opposite. I see a company with more potential going forward to have a chance to make more money pushing all this thru, than any BS scam could ever make. The stock price has gone up over the past week or so with nothing but positive direction. Seems to have more buying interest than selling. It never returned back to .02 cents and has been holding nice at .045-.05 with millions of volume, with a slightly nice little pull back from .08. All other stocks in the same field have exploded. Long story short, all that adds up to in my eyes is one more great news release or trigger and this is ready for lift off. And I still say it's going to be a explosive lift off. $$$$$"
I'm not a basher. That would be a foolish move on my part since I have considerable holding in BLR and bashing would be against my best interest.
I can explain, perhaps, why there are some who are negative on BLR however.
First, you state that there are: "A couple of individuals may or may not have a bit of a back story but I have yet to see that effecting this stock." Well, all things considered the "back story" of the executives running the show does have an effect on the stock. In fact, it's one of the main factors I consider when deciding on whether or not to invest - a person's history, good or bad, is generally a pretty fair gauge of what you will get in the future. Who would you count on to stand by their word; someone who has been rock-solid in their previous actions or someone who's been flaky? Of course it's possible for someone to reform - to change - but I don't think you can fairly dismiss concerns about previous performance.
Secondly, was the "odd" trading pattern we saw last week. Massive numbers of shares being traded but the price not moving at all. To me this looks like a insiders and PP holders dumping into the bid for pennies. This seems to show a lack of confidence by these people. Yes, I understand the concept behind selling the shares and keeping the warrants to ride - I have done this myself but truly confident insiders and PP holders would keep both. You have to ask yourself; if the insiders and PP holders, who would presumably have more information about the plans and progress are selling, why should an outsider buy-in to the future of the company?
Thirdly, the fact that BLR is simply acting as a middle-man. They are merely selling someone else's test kits. They have exactly zero expertise in the medical field, do not have established contacts or a distribution network. They do not have sales reps, a call centre, an order system or any process in place to take, manage or track orders and deliveries. Of course it's possible to create these systems and processes, to find and hire people with expertise in these fields.
Compare this to MIR. MIR is a company in the medical field, they have established contacts and an established presence. Even more important is that they will be selling their own test. They have name recognition, are producing the test in their own production facility and already have a supply chain and distribution.
Now, irrespective of the above points I do think there's an opportunity here for BLR otherwise I wouldn't be holding any stock. I expect that the demand for test kits will be so high that the hurdles will be surmounted. Calling it a "scam" is a little much but I think some might be using that word as shorthand for "unwarranted optimism" or "over-enthusiastic promotion".
Lastly, I agree that we are a few NRs away from a significant jump in share price. Now, just gotta get those orders.
