RE:RE:RE:DrMadDogs2 -Any Insight?
one can be contractually involved with another company and still suing for differences. To break the contract one does not want to come out on the losing end of a settling to the contract dispute. Any contract of parties involved in disputes, there will be losses, to both sides..... money was spent. "effectively" there could be 'any partnership is done' but "Contractually" it may not be. 'Exposure' to further disputes requires legal defined resolutions. Dragon has a claim, as does Stil only a court case can effectively force settlement when the two both want the assets involved.
