RE:I'm A Brave, Long Term InvestorFor me recurring revenue is the best part of BEW story. 2020 Q1 should be good as management mentioned in annual report that some orders of Q4 were delayed and gone to Q1. The impact of Coronavirus in March may be minimal. So we may see a +ve EBITDA Q1.
Q2 and Q3 are doutful unles and untill management tells otherwise.
My biggest problem with BEW is management which is greedy and non-transparents. CEO, COO and CFO took hefty raise in 2018 and 2019 while investors got crashed. Without raise in salary 2019 would have looked much better. BEW is the only company in my portfolio which has not made a statement on the impact of Coronavirus on its business when we all know that BEW hardware id made in China. Management don't communicate with investors.
Management passed resolution to buyback shares but no shares has been bought so far.

They had such promise and then seemed to stumble along. Very encouraging that BEW had its first ever quarter of positive adjusted EBITDA. Also, recurring revenue increasing is a great sign. Definitely something to work with. I do need to see more and hope they can find the awswer. Fingers crossed.
