Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Simple answer, both. ATB-346 is also called non-selective COX inhabitator. While celecoxib inhibit COX2 only and Inhibiting COX2 can avoid GI toxicity, it also increases cardiovascular risk. ATB-346 inhibite both COX1 and COX2 but utilize H2S to protect GI.
