sounds like a great deal for both sides
i say that cause we are trading at 1.5 cents pre consolidation AND I believe it was HTR option to issue shares at 0.20 (pre) to settle this.  Which would be 1 buck in today's share price. 1 buck !!

I imagine sino feels as we do now. Duped. 


what is htr up to ? even shite juniors I follow have a market cap 5x ours with recent land acquisition and no drill program. Nuts.
