Invictus wants to provide cannabis to Stigma Grow, have them make the new products as shown on the Acreage Pharms website below, receive the finished products at Invictus, sell the product through Alberta and Ontario Govt. outlets and then be in charge of paying Stigma Grow their share of the proceeds of those products. As they are in creditor protection, Invictus has to find out if the court would allow such a supply deal if the creditors approved it. Once the court says okay, then the creditors, ATB, will decide whether it works for them or not.
