Easy. APP could be a scam. Prove me wrong. How old is the technology? Which products can you find it in? Besides that, sales of dry flower must not be doing that well, otherwise they should've been able to get decent financing if there was going to be a cash shortfall. With the CD repricing, they're basically saying, "there's no way in hell we can earn $8million by November to pay the CD holders back their loan money." Which is odd because flower started shipping last fall, and a JV with Moosehead should be worth at least tens of millions, and earning millions, so I really don't see why they jumped the gun on the CDs this early. Unless they need another financing to see the JV to market, though my understanding was that Moosehead would be covering most of the expenses. I wouldn't be surprised to see a PR stating the JV isn't happening, and would jive with the wording in the PR at the end of March.
