(d) authorizing the Petitioners to, subject to obtaining prior written approval from the Monitor and ATB enter into arrangements with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis ("AGLC") and Ontario Cannabis Stores ("OCS") for the purpose of resolving the Petitioners' outstanding accounts with AGLC and OCS.

I can’t imagine how ATB would like this, or how these occurred, but quite clearly product will have to be supplied without payment to offset the o/s accounts if approved by the Court.
