Give TCO a dime and get back a nickel, almost - maybe? The market knows and it has spoken. It values TCO with a dime in it's pocket at less than a nickel which is overly optimistic based on past performance. Turns out it wasn't an "elephant in the room" after all, it was the market recognizing Bernie's MO. He must be the only person that has not paid a price for knowing of TCO, so if history repeats itself...
To do that in a run away bull market is quite the legacy, he should change the ticker symbol to ATM.
