Don't expect any license news soon
It would look very fishy to announce getting a license anywhere close to this last stinky financing raid. I would expect a 'respectable' time lag, which means more of the same - waiting.
All of this will be noise if they release an actual drinkable product. New ignorant investors would come in and wash out this drag.
If they never do release a beverage, my lawyer will be waiting.
