RE:RE:RE:For anyone looking for the numbers and 'analysis'I did some digging on this in the past to see how things lined up. Didn't find anything particulary revealing but it is mind numbing to go through it totally.
Bains owns a lot, but nowhere near Sen. Sen is Infusion Biosciences. He may not control all the IBS shares but a huge chunk of them. I'm not sure how that site you linked categorizes ownership but it doesn't look totally right. e.g. #10 on the list of Top 10 holders has 10,000 shares?
Bains does have a lot individually and through multiple organizations - Bray, Park Pointe and a numbered BC company to name a few. Also through his wife.
The numbered company is interesting - he owns 50% of that along with another guy who tried to start up a bitcoin platform that went bust and owes millions, with allegations of money laundering.
The Struder thing is kind of interesting - there's obviously a personal conneciton among all these people, or Struder is a mole for Bains...LOL
Bains stepped down from the Board to make room for Bellas I think
