Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:The way I see it

RE:RE:The way I see itI believe he's talking about the float of the Spinco which will be around 12,000,000 shares and as it will remain a private reporting issuer and therefore not expensive to maintain there's no reason why it should need to issue stock to raise money for quite awhile.

As far as GBR is concerned unless we need to do another raise to do more drilling, which is unlikely, we shouldn't have to issue more stock either because we won't be around to put the mine in production. Hopefully by this time next year we'll all be the proud owners of Newmont which took us over on a 1 for 1 basis !
